RIMSON is pleased to announce the launch of its Risk Leaders Mentorship program, targeted at emerging risk professionals under age 35. The initiative aims to pair early-career risk managers with senior mentors from banking, insurance, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors.

  • Field shadowing opportunities during RIMSON events

The Executive Committee emphasized that talent development is central to sustaining a vibrant risk management culture in Nigeria. Selected mentees will also benefit from networking opportunities and potential guest roles at RIMSON’s annual conference.
