Event Registration Terms
By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration
Registration is confirmed upon successful submission and payment (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by RIMSON.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 7 days before the event date for a possible refund (minus processing fees).
4. Event Changes
RIMSON reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, location, or speakers, with prior notice to registered participants.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to RIMSON's code of conduct. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Photography and Recording
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for RIMSON's promotional materials.
7. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely for event management and RIMSON communications. We will not share your data with third parties without consent.
8. Liability
RIMSON is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
